We were fortunate to have experienced Linda’s kindness and generosity as our friendship developed after she and Greg settled in Trumansburg. There are many examples we can cite, but her eagerness to share her beloved Sanibel Island with others is a memory that is particularly bright. During our visits there in 2015 and 2018 Linda made us feel welcome, showing us or recommending to us her favorite places. Among other sights, we visited the Thomas Edison Museum and the Ringling Circus Museum where these photos were taken. Many other friends from the snowy north made this trip to sunny Sanibel as guests of the Scherers.
